Forms - Update

Using current forms is a requirement of REBBA 2002. This course is designed to keep you up-to-date with changes in standard forms. Using OREA standard forms as examples, the course looks at the relationships between registrants, clients, and customers and discusses the various times at which documentation is either required or desirable. In doing this the course also examines recent changes in form and clause content. Special attention is paid to changes in form content and usage brought about by REBBA 2002 and its regulations. This course is continually updated to reflect the most recent forms.
